I have recently purchased three supplements to help with my weight lifting program and wanted to know “1. How much do I take of each? and 2. When do I take them?”.

-The supplements I am going to take are listed below:

2. Optimum 100% Whey Protein 5 Lbs.
3. Universal Animal Pak 44 Packs

-Details:
I am 16 yrs. and 8 ms. old if that has any effect on dosage amounts.
I am 5’8” 155 pds. (if that matters).
I have been doing serious lifting for over one year and have taken CytoSport CytoGainer, Nitro-Tech, Cell-Tech, and Twin-Lab 1000 Amino Acids (if that matters).

-Schedule:

Please answer my question and be as specific as possible with amounts per serving, servings per day, when to supplement, what days to supplement, ect.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, WILL CHOOSE BEST ANSWER!

NO Shotgun: 1 serving before workout (says how much on label).
Whey Protein: 1 serving after a workout, or whenever as a meal replacement
Animal Pak: 1 pack after a workout.

I would just use the supplements on workout days. There is absolutely no point for the NO Shotgun, and the protein you can get from normal food. As for the Animal Pak, I wouldn’t, just because it costs so much.
