What is the difference between Creatine Gluconate and creatine monohydrate??

i just bought sizeon by gaspari nutrition and the guy told me the creatine in it was different from that in MuscleTechs Creakic

After i took creakic, basically i deflated and lost whatever i appeared to have gained.

The guy at GNC told me that this product containing Creatine Gluconate Would not do that. And i would honestly like to know if thats true or if anyone has an opinion on this?

Optimum Nutrition WHEY PROTEIN 100% GOLD?

Hello Peopel on answer if you use Optimum Nutrition Whey protein gold standard.

So i recently purchased my first protein bucket after noticing absolutely no gains in strength in the past couple of months. I am not sure when to take it or how much to take. I workout at nite around 8pm to 9 or 10 pm sometimes. My plan is to take it in the morning and after my workout.

But i am worried that it may cause me lose sleep. If you take whey protein before you go to bed will cause you to lose sleep b/c some proteins hype you up and give you energy causing you to lose sleep.
